1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback at https://roswell.trainingsolutionsusa.com or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback offers an SMS messaging program that sends two types of messages to clients who opt in:
Appointment-related (transactional) messages: These include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notifications, pre-visit preparation instructions, and general office announcements.
Examples of transactional messages include:
• "Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback : Reminder — your neurofeedback session is scheduled for Monday, April 27 at 10:00 AM. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback : Your appointment on Thursday, May 7 has been rescheduled to Friday, May 8 at 2:00 PM. Call +1 404-738-9619 with questions. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback : Your biofeedback consultation is confirmed for Monday, May 18 at 9:30 AM at our Atlanta office. Please complete your intake forms before arriving. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback : Our office will be closed on Friday, May 29 for a staff training day. If you have an appointment scheduled, please call +1 404-738-9619 to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out."
Promotional messages: These include special offers, service updates, brain health tips, and information about new services or programs.
Examples of promotional messages include:
• "Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback : This month, enjoy a complimentary initial consultation when you refer a friend. Call +1 404-738-9619 to learn more. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback : Start your brain health journey! Book a neurofeedback consultation this spring and receive a free assessment. Visit roswell.trainingsolutionsusa.com or call +1 404-738-9619 Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback : Did you know? Neurofeedback training can support better sleep and focus. Learn about our programs at roswell.trainingsolutionsusa.com or call +1 404-738-9619. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback : New service alert — ask us about our biofeedback sessions for stress management and peak performance. Call +1 404-738-9619 to schedule your introductory consultation. Reply STOP to opt out."
By opting in to the Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback at the phone number you provide. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form at https://roswell.trainingsolutionsusa.com/contact-us, completing an intake form that includes SMS consent, or verbally requesting text message communications. The booking form includes separate, unchecked-by-default consent checkboxes for appointment-related messages and promotional messages. You may opt in to either or both types independently.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and the types of messages you have opted in to receive. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking an appointment or receiving services from Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback .
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
Booking a consultation through our website or by phone constitutes a request for services and does not guarantee appointment availability. Atlanta Center for Neurofeedback reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to provider availability, emergencies, or other circumstances.
